Hot buttered rum

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- Pinch salt
- 3/4 cup spiced rum
- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 sticks cinnamon, for garnish
Directions
- Using an electric mixer, beat the brown sugar, butter, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt in a bowl until blended and smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a measuring cup. Add the rum and then two cups of boiling water.
- Stir until the butter mixture dissolves.
- Divide the buttered rum among four mugs.
- Garnish with the cinnamon sticks and serve.

Hot apple pie cocktail

Ingredients
- 60 ml brandy
- 7 ml mead
- 22 ml apple juice
- 7 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp cinnamon-infused honey
- 2 dried apple slices
- 1 cinnamon cinnamon stick
Directions
- Add the brandy, mead, apple juice, lemon juice and cinnamon-infused honey into a small saucepan and heat until near simmering, stirring occasionally.
- Strain into an Irish Coffee mug.
- Garnish with two dried apple slices and a cinnamon stick.

Kahlua hot chocolate

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsps Dutch-processed cocoa
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Dash ground nutmeg
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 2 to 4 tbsp Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
- Optional toppings: marshmallows and miniature marshmallows, salted caramel sauce and chocolate syrup
Directions
- In a small saucepan, whisk sugar, cocoa, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Gradually whisk in milk; cook and stir until heated through.
- Remove from heat; stir in Kahlua.
- Ladle into mugs; serve with toppings as desired.

Ingredients
Per serving:
- 1/4 cup spiced milk
- 45 ml bourbon or whiskey of choice
- Sweetened whipped cream
Spiced milk:
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 Tablespoon light brown sugar, packed
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 12 cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Sweetened whipped cream:
- 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Directions
- For the spiced milk, take a medium sauce pot, combine milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Cover with a lid and allow spices to steep for 20 minutes. Strain spices.
- For the sweetened whipped cream, use a whisk or a handheld mixer, whip chilled cream and powdered sugar to medium peaks. Keep covered and chill in the fridge until ready to use.
- Warm up spiced milk. Combine spiced milk and bourbon. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with additional grated nutmeg. Serve warm.

Hot peach toddy

Ingredients
- 60 ml peach flavoured vodka
- 1 peach teabag
- 1 large lemon wedge
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 dash of orange bitters
- 115-150 ml hot water
Directions
- Add vodka, bitters, teabag, cinnamon stick and honey to a mug.
- Top with hot water and stir to dissolve honey.
Let sit for three minutes, then remove teabag. - Squeeze a large lemon wedge into a mug and discard. Stir to incorporate all ingredients.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
