Apple Pie Smoothie

Caters to: 1 gobbler

Prep time: 10 minutes

Challenge level: Beginner

From The Pantry:

  • 1 apple, deseeded & cut into small pieces (peeled/unpeeled to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of allspice
  • A pinch of nutmeg

Cook Away:

  1. Combine all the ingredients except cinnamon powder in a blender & blend until they reach the consistency of a smoothie.
  2. Empty the blender contents into a mug and microwave it for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the warmed smoothie, add a slice of apple if you’re feeling fancy and serve!
