Treat the inner chef in you with this lip smackin’ Lobster Bisque.

From The Pantry:
- 3 lobster tails, steamed
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
Cook Away:
- Remove the lobster meal from the shell and coarsely chop. Set aside for further use.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter at medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic and celery. Cook for 5 minutes or until the garlic smell goes away and the onions start to brown.
- Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour chicken stock and cook for 10 minutes or until thickened. Stir occasionally for uniform cooking.
- Add lobster meat to the thickened bisque. Stir in half-and-half and creole seasoning. Cook for 10 minutes or until heated through.
The heart-warming bisque is now ready to be served.
