From The Pantry
2-3 bananas
2 cups oat flakes
1/4 cup dried & chopped dates
1/4 cup of pecans, walnuts or hazelnuts
nutmeg, cinnamon

Preheat the oven on gas mark 4 and grease baking tray with olive oil.
Mash up the bananas till they liquify and make up just less than a cup and a half.
Stir in the oats, dates and nuts, then add the mixture to the baking tray.
Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg and bake for 30 minutes till crisp.
Cool the bars before eating. They can be stored at room temperature and upto 5 days.
