Give the most loved mithai a twist with these CAARA special Amaranth Hazelnut Laddus.
Prep time: 30 minutes+1 hour refrigeration

From the pantry:
- 60 grams amaranth
- 40 grams jaggery
- 25 grams dark chocolate
- 10 grams hazelnut
Cook away:
- Melt the jaggery with a teaspoon of water. Add the amaranth and start making small ladoos while the mixture is still hot.
- Chill it in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Melt the chocolate on a low heat.
- Toast the hazelnuts at 180C in the oven for 5-6 minutes and crush them.
- Dip 1/4th of the ladoo in the hot chocolate. Then, sprinkle it with the crushed hazelnut and it’s ready to eat!
