Bullseye Egg

Quickie breakfast or last minute guests-hit the bull’s eye with our 5 minutes Bullseye Egg recipe.

Prep Time: 5-7  minutes

Caters to: 1 gobbler (to each his own)

Challenge Level: Beginner level

From The Pantry:

  • 2 medium farm fresh eggs
  • Desi ghee/Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cook Away:

  1. Flash heat ghee/oil in a flat pan and turn the stove to low heat.
  2. Crack the two eggs together and cook as desired. A runny yolk or solid yolk, whatever you like best.
  3. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.

The eggs are now ready to be gobbled with toast!
