From The Pantry:
- 2 medium farm fresh eggs
- Desi ghee/Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook Away:
- Flash heat ghee/oil in a flat pan and turn the stove to low heat.
- Crack the two eggs together and cook as desired. A runny yolk or solid yolk, whatever you like best.
- Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
The eggs are now ready to be gobbled with toast!
