Spaghetti Carbonara

If Italian indulgence is on your mind, this Spaghetti Carbonara recipe will help turn your dreams into reality!

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Caters to: 2 gobblers

Challenge Level: Beginner level

From The Pantry:

  • 4 tablespoons salt
  • 250 grams spaghetti
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup thickened cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Bacon, cooked and cut

Cook Away:

  1. In a large pot, boil well salted water at high heat, covered with a lid.
  2. Add spaghetti once the water starts to boil and cook till al dente.
  3. In a separate glass bowl, whisk together egg yolks and cream.
  4. Place a shallow pan on high heat and reduce to medium once hot. Add cooked pasta to the pan and combine with the egg cream mixture. Season to taste.
  5. Garnish with parmesan cheese and crispy bacon.

This sinfully indulgent pasta is now ready to be served!
