From The Pantry:
- 4 tablespoons salt
- 250 grams spaghetti
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup thickened cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Bacon, cooked and cut
Cook Away:
- In a large pot, boil well salted water at high heat, covered with a lid.
- Add spaghetti once the water starts to boil and cook till al dente.
- In a separate glass bowl, whisk together egg yolks and cream.
- Place a shallow pan on high heat and reduce to medium once hot. Add cooked pasta to the pan and combine with the egg cream mixture. Season to taste.
- Garnish with parmesan cheese and crispy bacon.
