From The Pantry:
- 200 grams chickpeas, boiled & drained
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tablespoon water
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 100 ml tahini
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
Cook Away:
- Combine all ingredients except paprika and olive oil in a food processor.
- Blend these together until it’s a creamy paste.
- Turn it out onto a plate and smoothen with the back of a spoon.
- Drizzle the olive oil onto it.
- Sprinkle with paprika and serve your hummus platter!
Serve the hummus with crudites- raw vegetables, cut into slices. You can choose carrots, cucumbers, radishes, bell peppers, and more.
