Hummus & Crudités

Caters to: 2-4 gobblers

Prep time: 30 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

Challenge level: Beginner

From The Pantry:

  • 200 grams chickpeas, boiled & drained
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 100 ml tahini
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt to taste

Cook Away:

  1. Combine all ingredients except paprika and olive oil in a food processor.
  2. Blend these together until it’s a creamy paste.
  3. Turn it out onto a plate and smoothen with the back of a spoon.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil onto it.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika and serve your hummus platter!

Serve the hummus with crudites- raw vegetables, cut into slices. You can choose carrots, cucumbers, radishes, bell peppers, and more.
