Bloody Mary Scrambled Eggs & Smoked Salmon

Caters to: 2 gobblers

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 7 minutes

Challenge level: Beginner

From The Pantry:

  • 4 eggs
  • ½ lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • ½ tablespoon tabasco
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 slices of bread, toasted & buttered as per taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 grams smoked salmon, sliced
  • 100 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped

Cook Away:

  1. In a bowl mix together eggs, worcestershire sauce, tabasco, and milk.
  2. Take a large nonstick pan and heal the oil.
  3. Pour the gg mix onto the pan and stir as you cook. Cook until it’s slightly runny in the middle and done at the edges.
  4. Add the tomatoes to this and let it sit for about 1 minute, till the eggs are fully cooked.
  5. Put the scrambled eggs on top of the bread slices.
  6. Ready to Serve with smoked salmon on the side with a wedge of lemon!
