From The Pantry:
- 4 eggs
- ½ lemon, sliced
- 2 tablespoon milk
- ½ tablespoon tabasco
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices of bread, toasted & buttered as per taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 100 grams smoked salmon, sliced
- 100 grams cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
Cook Away:
- In a bowl mix together eggs, worcestershire sauce, tabasco, and milk.
- Take a large nonstick pan and heal the oil.
- Pour the gg mix onto the pan and stir as you cook. Cook until it’s slightly runny in the middle and done at the edges.
- Add the tomatoes to this and let it sit for about 1 minute, till the eggs are fully cooked.
- Put the scrambled eggs on top of the bread slices.
- Ready to Serve with smoked salmon on the side with a wedge of lemon!
