It’s bacon…it’s wasabi…it’s pork belly…it’s the new sandwich superhero! Make way as Sandwich and Sons lands in town. The latest undertaking by Ashwin Jain, of Instapizza fame, Sandwich and Sons is set to rock the city and make its debut in the capital on February 10, at the Palate fest.
S&S is a gourmet sandwich delivery venture, and as Ashwin tells us, “the Instapizza family’s way of taking forward their love for all things breads, fillings, sauces, and cheese!” They’re spreading the love with a keenly curated menu of sandwiches and hot dogs, which is a perfect balance between classic and experimental flavours.
While Instapizza has become Delhi NCR’s go-to pizzeria in three short years, with its unlimited toppings and the ever-famous deep dish pizza; Sandwich and Sons is following its footsteps with the generous-sized sandwiches and hot dogs they offer. Not just the size, they’re going big on the palate with bold flavours and top-notch ingredients to boot. We’re loving their Porky The Hot Dog, The Smashed Beetroot & Hung Yoghurt Sandwich, and The Wasabi Chicken Salad Sandwich; and we have the S&S favourites straight from the horse’s mouth, “The Pork Belly Rager Sandwich with hoisin plum sauce, The Sandwich & Sons Lamb Burger, The Coconut Gunpowder Sandwich (it’s one of a kind), and all the Double Barrel Hot Dogs are S&S headquarters’ weakness,” shares Ashwin.
Ashwin is once again channeling his motto of “adding something new to the world”, and this one looks like another winner. After its opening weekend at the Palate Fest , Sandwich and Sons will begin cooking up a storm February 16 onwards. Their first delivery-only outlet is set to operate from Jangpura.
