Mango and Pineapple Ale at Woodside Inn
Known for its cocktails, craft beers, and burgers, Woodside Inn’s brewery introduces a Summer Ale, made with Alphonso mangoes and pineapple. Besides the Pineapple Mango Ale Beer (₹425 onwards), the summer menu features a pan-seared White Pomfret with Mangosteen and raw Mango Salsa (₹1295), a Chicken Katsu served with Blue Pea Rice and a Mango Penang Curry (₹895), and more. Besides the ale, sip on their other cocktails and drinks such as the Mango Collins Fizzi which is a gin-based drink with fresh Mango Saccharum with Lavender and Butterfly Pea Extract, Fresh Mango and Blueberry Cobbler, and more. This special mango menu is available across all outlets of Woodside Inn in Mumbai till the end of May.
Mango Rajgira Tart at Aamchee
Aamchee in Malabar Hill gained its popularity for being another arm of Soam, the city’s popular vegetarian restaurant serving Gujarati cuisine. Aamchee, however, brings together local Mumbai food everyone has grown up eating, seeped in nostalgia. The Mango Rajgira Tart ( ₹250) is part of their mango menu. The Rajgira chikki is already evoking childhood memories. This tart is a crunchy amaranth crust crowned with a blend of vanilla-infused mascarpone, tangy citrus notes, and succulent Alphonso mango slices.
Mango Sorbet at Coppetto
Ice cream and summer go hand-in-hand. What makes the experience of eating ice cream even better in this scorching heat is adding mango to it. Aamlicious Menu at Rajdhani
Aamras Puri has been a summer staple. There is nothing better than dipping hot puris in cold, sweet aamras and over eating to the extent that all you want to do is sleep. You can experience this and a lot of more at Rajdhani with their signature thalis (₹699 onwards). This year, the popular thali chain is also celebrating 18 years with its Aamlicious Menu. As part of this menu expect mango dishes such as Mango Puranpoli, Mango Dal Dhokli, Mango Maharaja Dhokla, Aam ki Launji. Hitchki, the popular resto-bar chain has an exciting summer menu to look out for for! They have an entire section of the menu dedicated to Mango-based cocktails. Some of the cocktails to catch our eye were The Ratnagiri Aamras LIIT (₹575) which is a classic LIIT with gin, vodka, white rum, aperol, tequila, dark rum and Ratnagiri Aamras, the Kaccha Mango Sherbet (₹475) is a gin-based drink with Kaccha Mango Ju and Boba. The mango food menu includes Teriyaki Mango Lollypop which is a fried chicken lollypop with an aamras teriyaki glaze, Mango Katsu Curry, Mango Tiramisu, and much more.
Mango Mania at Kembara
BKC’s Pan-Asian restaurant Kembara, has an all new mango mania menu for this summer season. From dessert, to salad and sushi, this mango menu at Kembara has it all! Start with a Green Mango Coconut Salad, and then move on to an Avocado Mango Delight sushi roll for the vegetarians and a Tempura Shrimp Sunset Roll for the meat eaters.
